Too many problems with the app
The concept of integrating all the services into one device is a great idea, but there are too many little things that doesn’t work consistently. For instance, you’ll be locked out of the door for no reason at all and reaching the city pop service can be a hassle sometimes. Also, if you want to request to book your washer or dryer, it won’t work despite none of the machines are being used. The worst problem is they are aware of this situation and told the residents its been fixed but the problem isn’t solved and delay happens which means the resident wont be using the washer for another couple more days. This is disastrous despite they are aware of the situation and not being able to solve the real problem and informing falsely to the residents that the problem has been fixed. And this continues to happen. Not sure why they can’t fix the little things that really annoy the residents to live in the city pop. They don’t realize how those little things can affect the resident’s daily lives. If those little things wouldn’t annoy me that much, I would have gave 5 stars. Too bad the problem continues to exist and they don’t have the desire to fix the problem.
