Tickets scanners not working properly,Drivers are not passengers friendly.Buses only have on app, bus will not come to bus stop. Passengers will wait for bus, bus will go any other ways.Sometimes 3 or more city buses will come together to same route. Customer service is not good at all,they will not support you.

The worst transportation bus i have been experienced during my whole life, they are not respect their passengers, and they are not sometimes stoping on the bus station for the passengers knowing that the bus active and the weather is hot ! JUST shame on you. And i tried to call the customer service but no answer to complain.

Drivers won’t stop of they know you’re holding a card. Bus rarely pass by. Such a waste of time and money

Aside from very hard for your machine to read the QR code especially when it’s too sunny, now it’s taking so much time to open my bus pass qr code, worst part I cannot open it. I did update the app but still cannot open my bus pass qr code. Been trying multiple times for 30 minutes now. So disappointing. This will be the 1st and definitely the last time I will use this app. Better to buy the physical card.

QR code takes too much time to generate also the scanner, app not working then forced to pay by cash. It’s a complete failure.

Don’t buy ticket from this app or recharge wallet, you will REGRET.

My experience after twenty days of use is worst and never use it again as i could very rarely scanned it successfully and the worst case is that once a driver told to get down when device could not scan the QR. Better option is to get a physical card and enjoy tension free ride.

Live tracking of this App is very bad compared to the old App. Seems like playing with the passengers by providing incorrect details.

Please update your application ASAP, current bus tracking is not fine as previous app. I am renewing bus pass with city bus only because of the tracking. If you’re failing in it, I have to find another options.

They told you have discount for downloading app and yes they lied.
