They give me fake arriving time We can’t use this application useless
The problem in the driver They don’t want to work They cancel the trip They parking in some places till the customer cancel the trip
Money on hold
Just because i registered my atm card for the second time they took my money and when i asked them abt the reason y they took the money they told within few days they will release the money. After few weeks i texted the customer care asking y hasn’t released yet? They told me send the bank statement and i send all the documents they requested for after all this they admitted by saying theres an deduction under name after a while they r telling me its already been released and when I asked for the proof they just told kindly check with ur bank and goodnight…. After that i asked questions they didn’t gave any replies to questions and totally ignored to it.
Didnt know how to use the app
I transferred the momey twice and i didnt know how to get it back And i asked for one and it change the time for an hour for waiting

Very bad service Driver always cancelled after your customer waiting for so long
Scam
They deducted 1 kd when i added mastercard to payment method. They stated that they will deduct small amount to validate card but then never gave it back.
Pick up service/ Timing
It couldn’t be worst then this, I’ve booked ride couple of times but the pickup time just keep on increasing ride never reached.
