1. Log in - PIN - (1) I have to input all 6 digit PIN individually, extremely annoying; (2) moreover, after painful PIN entry, it prompts me to log in through User ID and password. Extremely extremely annoying. 2. The session is too short. It doesn’t allow for me to check information properly. By the time I check the correct information, the session logs out. I think each session lasts for less than a minute. Overall, my rating is extremely poor. Please try to improve.

The app has so many design faults. The list of user can’t be searched. You need to look up from a broad list. An app designed by a kid for a financial institution.

I am out of the country most of the time and still I feel my money is safe with The City Bank just because I can track my money anywhere and can do important banking on the go. I never had this kind of experience with any other bank in Bangladesh.

Most probably the best online banking in Bangladesh. The app is amazing. There are regular updates. They keep adding new amazing features regularly which makes banking lot easier. Except some occasional issues, there is almost no need to go to the bank for daily banking. Virtual banking at it’s best.

Not working with mobile data. In wifi this app works just fine. Please fix this issue
