Je me suis inscrite il y a plus de 2 ans et me voilà à devoir payer et surtout leur demander de supprimer mon compte, mes photos et tous autres renseignements car ils ont tout gardé... 😡

Until this update, I have regularly used this app for two years now after signing up under a „Free for life“ scheme. and now they are introducing a very pricey subscription model for an app with a basic interface that lives through its community. It seems I have now « served » my purpose in attracting sufficient paying customers to Cladwell. I would NOT recommend, they do not keep their advertisement promises not care for their longterm supporters. J’ai utilisé cette appli pendant plus que deux ans et maintenaint ils introduisent in model très cher de suscription. Il parait que Cladwell à décidé que moi et tous les autres utilisateurs gratuits qui ont aidé de populariser et améliorer leur appli ne servent plus à rien. Je NE recommande PAS cette appli ou ce prestataire. Ils ne tiennent pas leur promesses et s’en foutent de leur supporteurs long terms. Ich habe diese Applikation zwei Jahre hinweg benutzt unter einer angeblichen „Free for Life“ Lizenz und jetzt hat sie plötzlich horrende Abokosten. Es sieht so aus, als hätte ich in den Augen Cladwells jetzt meinen Nutzen erfüllt, ausreichend zahlende Nutzer heranzuschaffen. Diese Applikation und der Anbieter sind NICHT zu empfehlen. Sie halten sich nicht an ihre Versprechungen und Langzeitunterstützer sind ihnen völlig egal.

Après plus de 2 ans d’utilisation gratuite, je met à jour l’application et là j’apprends que mon « abonnement a expiré » et que je dois le renouveler en payant des sommes astronomiques. Avant l’utilisation de fonctionnalités avancées nécessitaient l’abonnement. Moi je me contentais de loguer chaque jour ma tenue pour avoir des stats sur l’utilisation de ma garde robe, ni plus ni moins. Après avoir passé du temps sur cette appli que je maîtrisais je vais devoir en trouver une autre pour faire la même chose...

Love the app, but each type there is an update with the app, there is a new bug. It’s been 3 days I can log in, even with the new updated version.

Such a shame we can't create an outfit ourselves. If the choice of the day doesn't suit you, you have to reset the suggestions until it does! I've been using the app for a month now and I have the feeling that it's always the same products that are used for suggestions everyday. So much potential though.

The app is free to download but you can't even go past the main page without signing up for an almost $5 monthly subscription for the service. That's a steep price to even try it. Let your users at least have a trial.

Horrible app, UI and app is very outdated. Customer service doesn’t respond to inquiries. Clothing categories are mismatched. No drag and drop or able to erase photo background. Paid for stylists version and got put on individual version.

I tried to create an account with my Apple passcode and received notice that it could not connect to my social media. Then tried to sign up through my email and received notice that an unknown error occurred. Tried closing the app and starting over and same thing. Not going to bother wasting my time.

I use this app to pack for frequent travel & planning, it’s great for that. However it REALLY needs some organizational functionality to group like items together into subcategories. Yes all the pants are together, but my leggings are mixed with work slacks & shorts & jeans, it’s just a mess! The work around is to move things to “storage” & then move them back into the closet in the correct order, but what a pain! Should be able to drag & drop items around to organize as desired, under the major categories.
