One of worst ever app made. I’m going write a formal complaint to HR concerning this amazing health care(sarcastic)app by health care provider. Invest some money for the convenience of premium paying staff for the group benefit. Terrible app.

This app is amazing! It’s super and easy to use

Did update but it won't finish the last 3 sec of download

Please find a way to update this app without taking me to the App Store. Many other apps auto update.

App immediately says there is an API connection problem on opening for the first time (no connectivity issue, I’m on a rock solid 5G connection), then the registration form has mandatory security question, but it doesn’t load options. What’s the point in an app that can’t be used if it won’t let you register?

Great app, easy to use and claims are paid fast

I was pleasantly impressed with this app. Coming from a previous employers benefits app, I was hesitant about the idea of another one but this ClaimSecure one is by far the easier tool I have used to date for taking care of my day to day insurance needs! The interface makes it super convenient for submitting claims as you need! Don’t listen to all the poor reviews from technically incompetent people who use font 72 to type on Microsoft !

I have worked with many providers over the years that offer apps. I have been told by many clients the Claimsecure App is by far the simplest and user friendly app they have ever used. It allows the member to submit claims effortlessly through the ePhoto claims experience. No need to worry about paper drug or travel cards. This app is by far one of our favourite to use. It is evident the extra effort and resources poured into this app has paid off. Well done Claimsecure.

My dad has this app and always forgets how to use it. The videos are a great reminder for him on how to submit a claim!

Get set to update every time you use it! It will never remember you so keep your profile name and password handy. No point in clicking the box. Mileage ?? Good luck. Good thing the staff is friendly, your going to be looking for help here.
