It doesn’t locate where I am and if I try to change it, the change location is hidden under the selection area at bottom! Please change it!

Hate this app, it’s so not user friendly. The only thing I can seem to actually do is browse products, none of the ‘my account’ buttons work eg. Getting on rewards etc. Have deleted after a couple of weeks, website is easier (but still very buggy).

I can’t log in and everything is frozen.

Frustrating and I’m not sure if it’s just me experiencing this but when I click into an item I can’t go back to my main search, which means if I’ve used the search function and added filters I lose my search and have to add all the filters in again. Otherwise works great and is intuitive to use

The App is amazing and i love most products! But the Press on sticker nails are a absolute knock off today i spent 10 quid/pounds on these nails most of these are either too big or too small but of course this is a personal problem, but these nails are really bad and they came off about 3 hours after application so this is a terrible product! And its sad how i was excited to wear them as ive never wore any!! And i specifically used COLD water and i dibbed my hands in and immediately fell right off!! And while doing nothing they fell right off again!! And i realised that the drawing was faded not even cleary honestly just a bad product! 10 pound for nothing

It’s super cool but I will say Lisburn on stores location and we made Newtownards our store but it will still say Lisburn! 😡😡😡😡

Whenever I click to open the app it closes automatically straight away

As previous reviews have said, it’s impossible to log in so completely useless. Very odd for a store with so much physical presence and a young target audience. I was expecting an app version of a store card.

Doesn't even let you login. Website is just as terrible, can never update my profile. My daughter always wants items from Claire's but without visiting an actual store it's impossible !
