This app is just a fraud I used it once for one year membership They were charging me quarterly and even when my membership expire they renewed it for another year Even tho I send many emails before to cancel my matter customer service don’t answers and you’ll just lose your money

This app is being sold through partner restaurants and in the process we are being told that we can subscribe for a month. However, after you try to cancel subscription, you will continue being charged for a year with no option of cancellation. BEWARE and avoid signing up.

Terrible experience. I got a monthly subscription with this app as it was recommended to me through a manager in a restaurant I frequent. I deleted the app and my account after I stopped going to that restaurant and I found out that I am still charged 99 Aed per month. When I called them to cancel they said I have an annual commitment and can’t cancel. This is extortion, I never signed up for an annual commitment and they don’t want to cancel my monthly charges. Be careful don’t sign up

I used the promo code provided and in my welcome email it said I was a gold member. But when I wanted to use the app it said I need to renew my membership or sign up for a plan? Not the best first impression
