Hi supercell team, i just wanted to mention how hard it is to do the challenges you guys make available and i'm asking if there is anyway you guys can maybe implement a skill based match making system similar to the trophy system, bcs i have never made it past the 3rd reward because i always get 3 losses by then.I've been playing for years and i've never gotten any further than thank but i just wanted to mention that to the team.

I’ve played the game for quite a few years now. I really enjoy the game play but it feels the only way to progress further in the game is to spend money. Also I’m just trash

Games are rigged , matching making takes a turn for they worse on the higher leagues , they are aware of it and also acknowledge it but don’t do anything about it for years, the support team is absolutely useless since the creation of this game , they are rude and absentminded. I’m not sure what their actual purpose is or why they are even employed , they copy and paste responses from a script. GO PLAY SOMETHING ELSE. Trust me, been playing the game since the day it released.

You can actually play this game free to play. It’s not that hard considering they reworked the battle pass (rip gold pass, he will never be remembered) where you can get 1 guaranteed evolution shard which you can use to get any evolution, they are adding more to the season pass and they reworked the lucky boxes (They are really OP now for free to play) where you can get legendaries, champions, FULL EVOLUTIONS, heck even A DARN CHAMPION (champions are overrated) but there are still pay to winners who bully free to plays in ladder, like A LEVEL 15 EVOLUTION MEGAKNIGHT AND LEVEL 15 EVOLUTION PEKKA IN ONE is not good like seriously make some arenas have level caps like y’all did with goblin arena like bro, level 13 should only be allowed at 6000 trophies this is wild. Also if you read this and actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Then I thank you guys so much. Great game but it needs those level caps so there aren’t any mid ladder menaces around

Why is it when I win one match you want to put in to another match with a that has lvl 15 cards and I only have lvl 10 or 11. And why put into a match with someone who’s king lvl is above mine the matchmaking system needs to be fixed

Just got a new phone went from Andriod to apple and now its wont even load into the game cant even make a new account
