I have to delete and re upload this app every other time I try to log in as I just get a blank screen! Soooo frustrating!

The app is pretty useful, easy to use and straightforward. However, there’s a problem. Half the time it doesn’t actually open, you just get a white screen. On iPhone you have to wipe away/kill the app and re-open it, which, if you opened the app due to an alert, loses the alert and you have to guess what it was. Several reviewers have mentioned the same thing so please fix it

This is the worst app I have ever used. I have to delete and reinstall countless times a week to keep on track of my child’s homework. Almost every time I open it I am met with a blank white screen. EduLink is much better.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. Blank screens and inane messaging (we detect you are offline: er, no!), leaving you to access via the web or close in frustration. How it’s related to education? Adversity class.

This app is absolutely useless, there must be better apps out there to use?! The creators of this really need to look at their own education & fathom where they’ve gone wrong in designing this app!!!

Most of the time the app won’t load or it will crash. I spent 45 minutes this morning trying to report my child’s absence.

Always have to reinstall as app crashes. Annoying

The app is basically fine at what it does but I find it unforgivable that three years into using it, we all still have to put up with it sometimes just randomly opening to blank white screen that never loads. It’s ridiculous that this obvious bug in the most basic functionality (simply opening the app) has never been tracked or resolved by the developer in three years (and that’s only to my knowledge, who knows how long it’s actually been going on). Edukey, you cannot possibly be unaware of this issue, have some respect for your users and fix it!

This app has potential to be useful but if you open it and then come back to it later, you get a blank screen. I have to fully close it and reopen it. In the past week the loading times have been painful, 2 minutes or more. I prefer Edulink but unfortunately the school changed over to this shambles.

No idea why my children switched to this app it’s awful. The kids get logged out constantly and it’s hit or miss as to whether the app works at all for me.
