Classical KDFC

One of the best classic music stations. Great music and anchors. Good app

I discovered KDFC many (too many!) years ago while doing the MBA at Stanford. We have been regular listeners ever since in Sydney and (since the first grandchild) Perth, Western Australia. We are currently on a cruise from WA to UK and now docked (15 June ‘24) in Helsinki, Finland on a glorious sunny day, listening to KDFC on Bluetooth streaming. Keep up the excellent work.

Also listening from Sydney Australia. My wife discovered KDFC when staying in California in 2008 on a tour of the US, so we now have it streaming on Sonos or the app. We really like the presenters & the music. Ps she & her mother had great trip & from the east coast to the west coast found the people very warm & friendly. Regards John G.

Visited San Francisco three weeks ago and we simply fell in love with the city… but then we were introduced to this AMAZING streaming radio station by our chauffeur… and I was blown away… we from Melbourne Australia… and simply love your radio station… Thank you… Thank you… Thank you…

I love listening to KDFC at anytime- streaming to my radio in Australia. But the decision to offer stunningly beautiful and diverse Christmas music, no advertisements, to the world just blew me away! I have been listening nonstop and have greatly enjoyed some beautiful Christmas music we rarely get to hear... thank you, thank you, thank you KDFC, from the bottom of my heart 🥰

I visited SF recently, and had trouble locating a classical station on the radio in the apartment where I was staying. Looking around, I found this app and enjoyed countless hours of wonderful classical music, beautifully presented. Sadly, telcos charge a lot of money here in Australia, so streaming isn't an option, now I'm home. But I look forward to loading and using this app again in my travels. Thank you!

Have used for years and was completely satisfied. Upgrade to 5.10.2 => Unacceptable performance Disgraceful Unable to listen for more than about 2 mins before it stops. Have outstanding signal strength (n or g of the word strong in the indicator) set to use low bit stream and still it stops

The programming for the radio station is wonderful. I do enjoy the different shows that are presented. However, I have a technical problem and that’s with the streaming. I live in the bay area and I do a lot of driving for work. And there are times when the signal just drops, and I don’t know what the problem is. I don’t have this issue with other Internet stations that play classical music it’s about. I don’t have this issue with even rock music and jazz music stations.
