Funktioniert nicht
Leider haben die anscheinend nicht genug Server Kapazität für die menge an leuten die die app nutzen wenn neue Tickets freigeschaltet werden. Einfach super nervig wenn die app nur crasht
Eilbenachrichtigungen bitte nicht per Mail
Ich finde es störend, dass ich keine Push Benachrichtigungen sondern nur Mails einstellen kann. Meine Mails checke ich nie häufig genug, um schnell genug für Tickets zu sein. Könnt ihr das bitte ergänzen ?
Kaum Rabatt … bringt die normalen Studentenrabatte zurück
Leider eine enttäuschung, viel Rabatt bekommt ihr hier nicht. Höchstens 10€ bei karten die eh 100€ kosten…

Buchung
Kontingent für die reduzierten Karten ist super schnell weg. Immer wieder Fehlermeldungen beim Versuch Plätze zu buchen.
Viele bugs
Tolle Idee, aber die Buchung gestaltet sich sehr kompliziert, bricht ab etc.
Begleitung mitnehmen ist total nervig
Der Prozess eine Begleitung mitzunehmen ist total nervig gestaltet. Das könnte wesentlich einfacher gehen. Mir ist klar, dass das ganze nur als Werbung gedacht ist, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen, es nervt trotzdem, dass es am Anfang des Prozesses ganz einfach wirkt, ich kaufe einfach eine weitere Karte für die Begleitung und dann geht es los: erst Ausweis-Hochladen, ok. Dann E-mail bestätigen, meinetwegen. Aber dann auch noch die App runterladen, da fühlt man sich verarscht.
Great experience all over
ClassicCard provides a very nice overview of all upcoming concerts/ballet/opera performances. Ticket cab easily be purchased at very low prices. App is extremely easy to navigate. And on top of that, the customer care team is incredibly responsive and helpful.
Best app ever!
With an annual subscription, people under 30 can save big on cultural events. The app is also great and user-friendly.
