Please fix app as I can never view my cases

Good idea but after getting an email confirming my report, it does not let me follow my cases. Weeks after reporting unsightly litter in two locations no action has been taken. Another project rolled out without testing.

Whilst the idea is an excellent one there is an enormous leap from an idea generation to proper execution. App is buggy which shows no proper testing was done and although I was replied to after my report no action was being taken after 2 months of reporting the same incident. After my last report they didn’t even bother to reply back they just close the case down. So much for wasting tax payers money in adverts to use the app. Typical Maltese service.

The idea of this app is great. Just the idea though as the app itself is never working. Reports cannot be submitted as there’s always something which makes it get stuck. Can you take this seriously please?

The app works only intermittently and it’s worse if I try to attach photos. I have managed to report a few cases but never got feedback (except “your case has been referred”) and to my knowledge no action was ever taken. The app is a great idea but needs care, bug fixing and follow up.

Every time I press on illegal dumping thumbnail, the app gets stuck and I have to forcefully shut it down. Iphone xs latest ios

Great and much needed initiative but unfortunately never works when you need it

Whilst the app is a great idea, it doesn’t appear to have been tested. I tried to manually enter the location of some fly tipping but the screen led to nowhere. I could only submit the report with my current location, namely my home! This is fine if you are reporting the infringement at the time of seeing it but not if you are doing it later. Furthermore, I received no confirmation that the report had been successfully submitted. I get really frustrated when apps are released, seemingly untested.
