This interactive game develops language, reasoning, and sorting and classifying skills in your learners. Players must "clean up" by putting 75 photographic images of toys, food, and clothing away in the correct shopping cart, refrigerator, or toy box. Each target is introduced by its label ("Where does the Apple go?") in each round where players see 15 unique images. Correct responses receive visual and auditory reinforcement while incorrect answers are corrected by a visual prompt of the correct answer flashing. After all targets have been seen once, they are reintroduced in a new, randomized order. The App takes data for the percentage answered correctly across rounds as well as sessions in which the App is in use. This app builds foundational sorting skills for students just developing their sorting and classifying skills.

Приложение Clean Up бесплатное?
This app is much better after your last update. The pictures look great. I like getting to see the accuracy at the end of the session. It would be nice if you had a menu button available while playing. The other buttons all have a back to menu button, but when you click on the play button there is no way to go back unless you close out the program. Also, I think it would be nice if you have an options menu that lets you do things like change the amount of reinforcement, remove the verbal prompts, and option to have a next button or automatic movement to the next target. Also, the only place that I saw that told me there are 15 targets per session was on the itunes description. I think you should add that info in your about this game section. I like that you have so many images, but with other developers putting out apps with more than three categories you're really limiting yourself. Do you have any plans to make other sorting groups? (Animals, Transportion, etc.) It would really make this a more comprehensive sorting app.
New version won't download
I have been trying for over a week to download the latest version. It will not download. It keeps saying unable to download. Please fix this problem.
Annoying rewards
The pop up "rewards" for the correct answers are annoying and distracting. Kids try to sort them! Something simple like a check, star or thumbs up in the corner would be better.
Clean Up categories
The photos are good. However, there are only three categories.
Fruit or laundry basket?
I am a mom of four little kids- all have autism. They are different ages and developmental levels. All of them were introduced to this app during one-on-one sessions and each independently thought the fruit basket was meant to be a laundry basket. Fun enough, but I wouldn't recommend this with ABA or similar individual work. The confusion is discouraging and it can be difficult for an autistic child to move on.
Frustrated...
How do you exit to the main menu once you start? Can't figure it out!
Good for what it is
This is a great free app for sorting. I kinda wish that the pictures could be bigger and the percent correct would tally trials. And instead of a basket for food, maybe a refrigerator.
However, great free app !! I would recommend.
An important concept
I am a parent of a special needs child and a former teacher. Kids need to sort! It is a skill needed for many things. Like to see it classify more. I think it is really important for developing pattern sense, as well. To recognize the attribute in a pattern, kids need to sort first. It would be great if there was a store on the app for kids to go. They could choose items to sort into categories by color shape size design, etc. It would be fun for them. I absolutely agree with the speech pathologist about the language piece. This is crucial. It would be great if the voice could say what object is because kids with special needs say "this that there" because their vocabularies and word retrieval is limited. Good modeling ie, naming the objects to encourage vocabulary expansion. I gave 4 stars because I am glad that someone is staring the process.
Very basic
With only 3 categories and slightly more than a handful of photos to sort, this is as simple as it gets.
Good learning app
I like the ease of this app. I would give it a 5 star if it named each item while questioning, "Where does this go?" it should ask, "Where does the dress belong?" Many of the students that will benefit from this app need repeated use of words. As a speech therapist in a school system I see this as being a very beneficial tool.
