Very slow to refund
I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and have had to use a lot of different apps. A laundry app is more convenient than having to worry about quarters, but only if the app is reliable and the refund process is easy, because errors do happen quite frequently for whatever reason, regardless of the services being used. I did laundry on Wednesday, paid for a dry cycle on the app, hit start on the machine, and the machine immediately said the cycle was done, taking my $2 without having run a cycle. I immediately reported it through the app. I got no confirmation that it was received, so I decided to call. I was told to submit a report through the website and it should be processed within a few days. I immediately submitted my report and waited. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day inquiring about my refund. Today I called again inquiring and was told a coworker denied my refund request, but the person I spoke to approved it for me. If this is how refunds are handled, I’m better off switching back to quarters. Absolutely ridiculous.
