Much better whatapp service! You will lose a lot of clients

The ability to schedule a pick up was simple. The ability of the facility to come pick up the clothes was a total bust! I tried for several days to make a payment where it said on the app”payment pending”. Yeah, no this didn’t work either. Whether it’s your app or the service I would suggest not using either.

Why doesn’t this app support landscape mode. Lame lazy programming. Do better

I travel for work so I use a lot of laundry services. This company does the best job of all of them.

When using the APP, I found it frustrating not being able to check an order, and to approve or cancel it before submitting. In my case, I had to contact the merchant to correct the order. While the merchant was able to make in-house adjustments, unfortunately, the correction was done outside of the APP which was never reflected or included on the platform.

This app is by far the easiest app I’ve had the pleasure to use. Very user friendly and guides you step by step from start to finish helping if any questions arise. Thanks And the cleaners they used Laundry X on Lake Ave in Fort Wayne, Indiana washed and folded my clothes professionally that I have lost my words to express how dedicated and Awesomely professional they are. Thank you so much, you guys ROCK!!

Well….was setting up the app, entered my credit card, and then it said “your card is about to be tokenized” with zero explanation for how much. I know what tokenized means….but the button you push to proceed says “pay now” and again, there’s no explanation of what I am paying. Like is it$20 or $50 or $100????? Backed out. Screw this app I guess I’ll just take an Uber and do it myself.

This business does well picking up clothes, cleaning and folding them, and bring them back to you. But when your socks or other items go missing and you get someone else’s underwear, thank goodness they’re clean, they won’t respond to your inquiries about what to do. I’ve sent an app message and I’ve sent two emails. No one responds and it’s been almost a week and a half since my first message was sent. So if you don’t need anything g and don’t care when some of your things go missing or you get other peoples things then it’s a good business to keep using. We are only using it until our new washer and dryer are delivered.
