said i would get a 7 day free trial then took 4€on the first day , then later i tried to open the app and it glitched, wouldn’t let me open then i got billed €9 as it upgraded my account to pro without me even accessing the app after i had cancelled my subscription. please give me back my money

Easy to use
I never realized anything about a phone cleaner. I now totally understand why my phone seemed to be having difficulties with certain apps as I continue Byrd to try and ynderstand what was happening! I apologize that o was so ill informed on the use and care of my phone that iwas not able to keep better care of my assistant in life my phone! I am most pleased and humiliated also that I let this go on for so long without recognizing my responsibility in this phone of mine! I thank you very much for bringing this to my attention, as I had no idea what I was doing for this phone! I truely admire how you my phone was able to help me understand how neglectful I had been with all the information right there in front of me and I still missed the proper way to get myself to just to stop and pay attention to the messages I was receiving right n front of me from my phone directly! Now we together will pursue a more friendly relationship conversations, along with my phone leadership of proper communications understanding when things seem very obvious and I need to just stop and think bettering my own known abilities!

I’m having trouble just learning how to use it. I can get the basics but not beyond that. Maybe I’ll just blame it on my being 81 years old. I remember learning to use a typewriter. The high school offered a special free class on how to use an electric typewriter.
What a fantastic app. Thank you for providing this service.
