I sceptically bought this app for the gastric band programme and I have found myself not needing as much food as normal to feel satisfied. However, aside from that I have found myself turning to the ap to help me sleep and to relax. For me It’s worth the money as I use it every day.

The recording isn’t great….. I can’t relax listening to his tongue clacking. Sorry!!! Also the content I don’t love. I prefer visualisations not sure being told such and such is not healthy for you. I already know that ..

I’m very happy I came across this and am drinking a quarter of what I did before and don’t even want to binge on sweets like I usually do. I’ve had one or two AF days but I don’t want to quit- it’s not what I signed up for when I bought the package. Thank you clear minds it’s working 💃

These sessions are all brilliant. I have found everyone I have tried has really helped me

I wanted to like this app as I struggle with sleep but It constantly freezes on me and todays cherry on the cake said my account didn’t exist. I’m done. Subscription ended and app deleted

I’m sorry I have started yet but will do soon sounds really good
