Not only did I take a one-time subscription and they took away the money, the program remained paid! When I click restore purchase, it says there are no active purchases, why are you deceiving people? Shame on you? Why do this? The most important thing is that the money was not returned to me

I have been using clear status: status optimizer application over a month now, and I had already take one week subscription and successfully used and today(03/04/02024) i have taken one time purchase for Rs. 1999 However, despite the payment being processed, the premium features are not reflecting in my application. Every time I attempt to access premium features, I am prompted with a pop-up message to subscribe for a premium account, indicating that my subscription has not been recognized by the application. This is concerning, as I have already made the payment for the life time purchase.
