It was really weird and wasn’t straight forward

I’m a Rep for Sena, Cardo, UCLEAR, Exo-Com and J&M. It’s been my experience that UCLEAR hands down has the best customer service. Although Cardo is a close second. When you call UCLEAR you are calling Boise, ID. Not a call center across the world. Over the years I’ve sold over $100k+ in Sena, Cardo and UCLEAR separately. I can say with great confidence that none of them are crap (anymore), they are all good and all have their own strengths. They have consistently one-upped themselves over the years. Right now, UCLEAR just took the lead with functionality in the HDX-V (in my opinion). It truly works as a hands free device and those functions (commands) are simplistic with its separate Ai chip. Now if we could just get them to update their mounting system and overall fit and finish to match Cardo (and keep the UCLEAR price tag).

I rarely have seen so much disregard for iOS design guidelines as in this app. It's almost like the developer decided to go against as many guidelines they could ON PURPOSE. The result is an app so bad words are insufficient to describe it. It's a pity cause it wouldn't take much work to make a decent app out of this absolute steaming pile of pixels and code.

Put the manual in the box. I shouldn’t HAVE to download this.

These communicators are junk. Can not get them to do anything. Do not stay connected. No one available to talk to to troubleshoot. Stay clear of uclear!

I have the motion infinity set of 2, as an intercom for two up riding. paid the highest price to get the best, but got nothing but problems. MAC (apple) firmware updating is nonexistent for about a year now. starting to wonder if they're even still in business, because it still says it was just temporary removed due to an OS update that lists and old OS when it was originally Pulled. what good is this app if I can't even update the firmware to the correct version. not to mention (but I will) The sound quality is horrible on the intercom. almost sounds like an echo because I can hear the passenger talking through her helmet louder than the intercom through the speakers. i've sent several service tickets, but never get any response from uclear.

This latest release 2.7 has the FW update feature grayed out. It was working previously

I have several Uclear helmet communicators. The app lets you update wireless firmware, see device status, set feature preferences, change noise cancellation, and tune your speakers. It also has user manuals and access to tech support. I use it regularly with no problems on iPhone and on Android. Pair the Uclear device to your phone first, then the app recognizes your Uclear device.

If you need an app to tell you the up and down arrows can be used to control the device audio than this does that. Otherwise the application doesn't even know my Bluetooth radio is turned on.
