Even airline refund you full amount clear trip take that money based on there rules. Booked a tickets through website . The last name was not showing full because of the website error . The guy told me to cancel the ticket and rebook . Even through it’s there website error they took all the cancelation fee . After that I have called the airline and explained they refunded full amount to clear trip and told me to contact clear trip to get refund . But as per clear trip policy they take that money also . Amazing

App is not working at all. Very bad experience.

Never book a ticket with ClearTrip. They are totally unprofessional with no business ethics. It took 2 months for refund still struggling. At your own risk. No one cares.

Booked a flight and tried to cancel it, called the contact centre, the customer support agent said they cancelled the flight and requested for refund on my behalf and I will get an email notification of my refund. Still waiting.

It’s very strange that the app and even the website does not allow multicity flight booking. Also for hotel booking they don’t have inventories most of the times. I don’t know if they are serious for business or just there for being there.

I booked refundable flight, for some plan change i cancelled it within a 2 hrs and i received a mail next day that my cancellation charges are equivalent to my round trip flight cost. Soo frustrating it aways happens with clear trip.

Very good service

They gave me an e-ticket of a PNR, which was in cancelled state. Upon checking with them, they said they can do only partial refund not full. Worst experience
