This app almost never works. the internet also drops and slowdowns. Not exactly sure if we will be keeping this service since they can’t seem to figure it out to fix.

I dont understand why they dont allow bill pay through this app, makes it more difficult.

Doesnt work can’t find account

They had an update that “ fixed issues “ however it broke my ability to use the app and ever sign in. I can only use the website now.

Can’t get a steady connection and though they promise 500-1000mgb we only get 50-150.

I would like to be able to pay my bill through the app

Can no longer set network priorities, can no longer restart router. Crazy to remove two major features like this additionally wifi is terrible.

The connection on the app to who’s connected to the internet lags a loooot while setting it up you can’t take each and do it all at the same time. You have to take one and wait for the app itself to know who is who. And most times it’s behind by about 5-10 mins. Also, if you have a smart watch that is able to connect via Wi-Fi be prepared to be confused on who’s is who’s.
