Do not consider this app. We did one class that was mediocre at best. They have the absolute worst customer service and issue zero refunds, including for a death in the family (with proof of death certificate) when app auto renewed. I have never had an issue with ANY app like this. Customer service was unhelpful and insulting. No help after many emails. I don’t want anyone to have an awful experience like mine. It’s a dancing app. It’s suppose to bring joy. What a joke. Do not join the free trial. It upgrades automatically to a full year subscription. You cannot cancel anywhere but a specific spot on the app that is very hard to find (on purpose). Horrible, horrible experience. I would do zero stars if I could. It is a rip off and they are okay with that.

I’ve been wanting to take tap classes for a while but I don’t like the travel time to the studios where I live. Also it’s pretty pricey and the times are not always convenient for my busy lifestyle. This is perfect for what I need. I can take a class at my own time whenever convenient for me. I can pause and go back if I don’t quite get a move and I can take the same class over and over if I want to perfect a dance. The level of difficulty is what I was looking for. Even the beginner classes are challenging. I’ve been dancing for almost 2 years and needed a way to step it up. The price is unbeatable. And this is more for dancers who are looking into actually pursuing dance rather then just a dance to keep you in shape. These instructors are the real deal like your training for Broadway. Top notch. As a musical theatre performer it’s ideally what I want. I have the trial right now but I am going to keep my subscription. It’s going to better me as a dancer. I love it.

A very nice app

I would give this zero stars if I could. Tried out the 7 day trial and it’s not for me. Tried to cancel before the trial period was up but couldn’t log in. Tried to reset password multiple times but never received reset email. Sent an email for help on the day the trial ended and they refused to refund and said the issue was with my email address even though I had no issue receiving marketing emails from them. This is not a trustworthy company.

people are saying it’s really good but i never got to use it because it makes me pay!! please make this a free app!

Excellent value. This app is amazing, lots of live classes, and hundreds of videos in the library for you to take anytime. The quality of instruction and choreography is amazing. This app is constantly getting better, I love it before but they are always making it better and better. There is something for everyone! You cannot find anything comparable for the price, if you enjoy dancing this app is 100% worth it!

It's nice to be able to train via my iPad, but for the last month, the app shuts down while loading "Take a Class". Luckily, I have just stuck to my curriculum but would like to try something else at some point. Please keep it compatible w old versions of iOS as well. I can't afford to buy a new tablet. Other things can chromecast no problem, but anytime I try a class, it’s too small on my phone and I can’t get it to connect to my tv. Customer support wasn’t able to help me, and I wish I could get a refund 😝 Some beginners classes go over like 20 steps before they recap too- hence the 1 star.

I believed that since it was a free app that there would be free classes like it should be, right? Well I guess I thought wrong. If you want to take the dance classes you must pay $200 right at the start. The 7 day free trial isn’t fake, it isn’t even a trial at all. If you don’t want to do it after the seven days you are still forced to pay to matter what. Not at all what I expected, left me frustrated and disappointed.

It’s less than a quarter of the price, has more features and doesn’t scam you, or cut your free trial short without your knowledge
