Customers can easily get protected online with real-time underwriting. It is featured with a secured payment gateway facility that allows online transactions for contribution payments.
The mobile app also provides other key features including detailed information about your certificates such as the coverage, the utilized amount, claims history and also the service provider details.
This app is now featured with Fast and Easy Tele Bantuan services where customers can submit request for roadside assistance via the app in the event of a breakdown or an accident. They can also monitor the tow truck real time location as well as search for the nearest panel workshop for assistance.
In addition, for corporate employees, they can now present the e-medical card via the app when visiting any of our panel hospitals / clinics. They can easily locate the nearest panel hospitals / clinics and pinpoint geographical locations via the app.
From time to time, we continuously innovate to provide better customer experience, and bring new functionalities to this app.

Hello there. I could not log in because the application continued to show connection errors while my internet connection was good enough. Please help

when login get pop up “something went wrong the connectivity” better your vendor fusionex improve the connectivity or maintain this apps. sync with web based very poor after we change the password or phrase, as a customer im very dispointed to using this apps..

More features could be added in
Great idea on 24/7 help access and hopefully more panels will be added in to cover wider area in Malaysia. In terms of our account details, it’d be helpful if our insurance cover note is available on the app as well so we could access it whenever we want. The pop up round button with a lady waving on the app’s home page is a bit annoying.
A lot of improvements needed
What's the point of having an app if you're just gonna redirect me to your website anyway? Might as well just go directly to your website.

Quick access to the Tow and emergency roadside assistance
The app now giving me quick access to the tow and emergency roadside assistance which is 24/7. Very much appreciated 👍
