App crashes
App crashes after you enter your birth information, tried restarting, resetting, deleting and reinstalling, tried another device and still doesn’t work.

Crashes all the time
The moment I try to login it crashes
Fraud
Even after auto renewal, they do not send the report and keep asking us proof of payment, they will not send mail confirmation on receiving payment but will ask to show it, they should not be the need of customer to show transaction record even after payment, even after showing they are still asking for other proof, it is just fraud nothing else…..

I have already made the payment but have not yet received ant confirmation and on the website it is showng payment failed also the payment has been deducted from my account. No one from the support team is replying on the mails and also not even answering the calls. Please let me know the correct person to contact
