Clicks – ClubCard and Pharmacy

Since I got a new phone I am not able to open my Clicks app. It keeps on giving me errors, for that matter I can’t even google clicks specials anymore either!!! Keeps on giving errors when I try and login…

I’ve been trying to checkout on my app, and it keeps getting stuck, when I call the help line since there is no option under your solutions for my problem, no one picks up. Called the 021 number given on the app, no answer after choosing option 1 and also called the nearest shop from the 041 number no answer after choosing option 5. I’m so disappointed what’s the use of having an app then.

The app is great just a few add on’s would be great. More details of products for example clicks multivitamin syrup can you at from what age & what it can assist with. And when I click on the product brand name can it take me to more products relating to the clicked brand name

When getting to the password screen of the registration process, the spinner loads and then does nothing with no user feedback, making it impossible to create an account

Am I the only one who has difficulty with the clicks app. I can’t view my accumulated points nor cash back…

This goddam app is so useful until I’ve been on it for 5 minutes and then it proceeds to glitch and kick me out every single time or whenever I try and add more than one thing to my cart like bro

What’s the purpose of this app if you can’t view a single product and buy, since I downloaded it I can’t do it anything, the web version works perfectly

When scrolling for items it gets to a point where the products keep flashing and changing and then it starts showing the same products. There is a bug on the app that needs to be fixed.

Lost points when the app was upgraded. Points as are no longer updating on the app

My app keeps scrolling back to the same products. Doesn’t want to move through products. Seems to stick and won’t coo the to scroll. Unable to shop like that
