Love it, so fun! I do get stuck often but eventually i pass the level so satisfying. Wish for more lives tho!

Historically, this game was challenging and fun. It is now impossible without continuously having to play earlier sites for less than half the rewards or by purchasing everything. I really hate what the developers have done to ensure that you win as little or often as possible.

When you first begin playing the game, its honestly very fun. However, once you get several completed boards under your belt, the levels becomes impossible to complete without “extras.”It’s like the developers are doing some type of bait and switch. It’s frustrating :-(.

Game is challenging yet fun. The biggest drawback is the ads. OMG, when you think they’re already bad, wait. Recently to get power ups, you have to sit thru MULTIPLE ads that are ridiculously long > 1.5 minutes each, filled with graphic language and assaultive characters. I am ready to remove game since these obnoxious changes.

You’ll win a prize box and then the prizes won’t be transferred into your account. This happens a lot, and there’s no way to communicate with anyone about it.

I love this game. I don’t mind spend money for purchasing some packages for get more coins and diamonds. But I have been double charging, over charging for so many times. I am adult, I can responsible for my own spending. What about kids are playing this game? Few 1.99 or 9.99 purchasing ends up with hundred!

Even with all of the purchases, it is impossible to complete the last two clinics without additional purchases. I know it’s a money trap, but the game is fun. It takes well over 200,000 coins to complete one clinic.

I actually enjoy this game but it’s really impossible to play without spending money on it. It gets to the point where if you can buy the upgrades you can’t even get past the level and you’re pretty just stuck there unless you spend money.

Let me start by saying I like the game itself and I fully understand why there are ads, but in the past week there have been extremely inappropriate ads with vulgarity, very foul language, drug use and nudity. If the company is so desperate that they resort to these types of ads, they have lost me as a customer. There is a time and place for things and a game like this is definitely NOT the place. Please consider this when letting kids play or when playing around children as it is not subtle at all. I have already contracted the support team earlier this week and yet more/different ads started today. Such a shame.

This game I liked until you have to many task in so little time. Things that should be automatic aren’t and you have to either pay cash to get the gems to make the items auto that can be made auto ie the cleaning of the bed. Too much money is needed to upgrade the staff and machines. Poor. I would not recommend this game at all
