Meet ClokLife, a visual time management and self-help tool originally designed for people with Autism. The app guides users towards task independence and provides a consistent learning platform that can be applied to daily activities. Meaning anyone can use it to get better at anything.
ClokLife lets you create a list of skills that you can add to your daily Clok to complete for points. For each skill you create, you have options to divide into steps, set a timer, and upload a photo/video. You can also follow your skills to track your activity and email details to yourself.
