Hi..i have an issue with FMB dryer..it’s not working with phone app..whenever I tried to start it with by phone,it shows an error..(machine could not start)..I had complaint against this earlier but no action was taken..now a days it’s not easy to go outside or in banks for money change(25 cents).please fix it asap. Thankyou

Riddle with bugs. Kept saying no internet connection. When I tried to recover password, it said recovery email was sent to my email but none was found. Called customer service but no one answered. If they cannot handle hi tech, just install coin or credit card machines. Stupid app and company. I’m gonna sue them at small claim court to recoup my money they locked up in the account

The dryers can only be set in the $0.25 increments at a time for 8 mins. If we need a 60 min cycle in 3 machines, it takes a long time to do that. We should have an option to select the time we want and the system should charge the appropriate amount in one step process. Thanks!

App was working perfectly fine until it locked me out of it and no matter what I do, I can’t log back in. Tried different log-ins, password changes, nothing. Every time I reach out I get no answer back and I’ve been trying for weeks. Very unprofessional and not user friendly.

The app signed me out, and the password recovery option is saying that none of my email addresses are valid. It also won’t let me create a new account because it says my phone number is already linked to my original account. Meanwhile my laundry is sitting covered in detergent in two washers that I can’t turn on.

This is the worst app ever on the face of earth. Abruptly logs out and never logins with the same email and password. Reset password link doesn’t work. Had to create a new account just to use laundry.
