-How much does it cost per order?
All orders are charged per bag; each bag is $20-25. A bag is either our supplied Clotheslyne laundry bag or any tall 13-gallon kitchen garbage bag. The bag holds approximately 20 pounds of laundry; that's less than 1$ a pound!
-Who does the Laundry?
The Clotheslyner you select! Clotheslyners are real people from your neighborhood. They enjoy doing laundry, and because they are local, they are invested in doing a good job. Prior to their first order, all Clotheslyners are vetted through a background check, trained in best laundry practices and customer expectations, and required to complete a test order. You can check out their reviews on the order page!
What is our Turnaround time?
We offer both 24-Hour and 48-hour Deliveries.
-What time is Pick up and Delivery?
There are a number of pick-up and delivery windows Clotheslyne is completely customizable to your schedule.
-Do we offer Weekly Subscriptions?

They overcharged me and when I reached out to customer service they kept saying “we’ll check with the team and get back to you.” Now they completely ignore my messages/emails. Avoid.

There was a mixup at first about where to pick up (I didn’t give good instructions) but Misty came back and I got wonderful clean clothes! Anisha is the best!!! Convenient
Tried this service asi have a lot on my plate every day. Had a couple of issues with scheduling and pick up but overall it was convenient. Trying it again. Hoping for a smooth transaction.

A bit of a bumpy start. My order was excepted almost immediately the night before the morning pick up however the original laundress canceled just a few hours after excepting. I don’t feel as though I was told the truth about what was really going on by Clotheslyner staff. Regardless Clotheslyne staff found a new woman to do my laundry in just minutes. This was my 1st order and Patty was wonderful. I would not change anything. She was PERFECTION as was my laundry! If this was based solely on the woman whom did my laundry definitely 5 stars but because of the chaotic start of my order, … 4 stars…🤷🏻♀️
