Hello, the application is wonderful, but there is a problem. It concerns the hand, especially the fingers. Either it gives you 3 fingers or 7 fingers, or the hand is very thin or long, or the palm of the hand is very small. Please solve this problem. As for the rest, it is excellent. Thank you for this application.
Their app doesn’t even let you buy a subscription. I’ve been trying to buy subscription for the last two weeks. It doesn’t pull it up or connect it to the Apple iTunes store so I guess they’re losing out on money.
When their server is down, they literally take forever to fix it and I have a paid membership so basically it’s not like they’re crediting back the days that they’re app doesn’t work. They still charge you on your next billing cycle even though their app has been down for like a day and a half, the photos can’t upload to their server and they have no problem trying to charge me.
