The app is great. You don’t need to download a bunch of white label useless museum apps. All museums are in one Cloudguide app. I have visited several cities during my trip in Spain and this solution helped a lot.

no sound, useless - dont buy !
this app is completely useless could not hear a word with my speakers do not recommend

Довелося використовувати в Сінтрі / Португалія. Постійно викидало з додатку і зайти назад займало по 5 хвилин. А сьогодні відкриваю, а там «музеї москви». Це просто дно
Doesn’t handle offline gracefully
Downloaded a tour on wifi at the ticket booth. Wouldn’t work offline in the attraction. App locked up and nothing could be done but a force quit. Worked again back on wifi. I wouldn’t bother again
Pena Palace in Sintra Portugal
Your app keeps freezing up, requiring a reboot. UI was also suboptimal, and some rooms on App vs Palace were not in order of fixed tour route. Probably the worst money I have ever spent on an audio tour, even if its not much money. 3 of 3 folks had same problem….sad!
Horrible experience
Sintra audio tour used this app. It kept on freezing every other minute and asking for single use activation code. We gave up after wasting time for 10-15 minutes. I am on iPhone 14 Pro Max with good LTE connectivity and don’t have any issues with the performance of other apps.
Code issues
I can’t comment on the quality of the app itself as I could not get it to work. It was supposed to be used for audio on a museum tour. I received an error entering the code provided and when I tried again I was told that the code had already been used.
Not reliable
Product not reliable / kept freezing and needing to be reset.
Good content. Lots of nags and terrible nav
Content is good—used it in Sintra. But the app constantly nags for ratings and feedbacks in the middle of a tour. Whoever thought pop-ups are a good UX also made the navigation elements on iOS non-standard and tiny, off on the edges of the screen. A simple website with a playlist would be vastly superior. (And more secure for the content. Exfiltrating the audio is trivial the way it’s packaged.)
The in app purchase would not download
I tried multiple times to download the in app purchase. It would not work.
