This app STILL has extremely frustrating bugs. I’ve requested before that the open and close functions in the app remain stationary but no they keep jostling for top and bottom position. Sometimes you try and open the exit and as you want to tap it it jumps to a different position with the open button and then you’re opening the wrong gate! Just keep them in one position simple! Also half the time you tap the button and it sits saying “opening, opening, opening” for ages and ages and doesn’t open a thing. You have to cancel and retry several times to get the d^#n date to open. This is sitting right next to the screen itself. This is a danger as you’re a sitting duck waiting to be hijacked whilst the app refuses to open the gate!

The Group Booking functionality is really useless if I cannot search for comtacts. Currently we have to browse our entire contact list alphabetically to select contacts. Which I don't even bother. I just give individual codes because that's easier (although also quite annoying). Please add a search function to make this process easier.

The app is great in theory but poorly executed. The facial recognition works once in 100 attempts. You need data or WiFi for barcode option and if your complex placed barcode on side of their gate camera you need to get out car to scan it. Most frustrating security system ever.
