The app is useable to an extent but it has a lot of crashes and therefore I would recommend that you use a browser version or a different platform.

The price stop loss moves with the current price of the index, which makes it impossible to set a stop as an example at 25500 because it will update and set the stop to whatever the current price is. Needs fix ASAP, not okay with a trading app....

Impossible to log in. First time with password works, but when you activate touch log inthe screen is then flashing continuously at the log in page. Both on iPad and iPhone

First of all, the app is only designed for older iPhones, so it’s not using the full screen. When you’re logging in with faceid, you get a message that you are logged out, although you have just logged in. When you close a trade, it’s showing the P/L in the currency for the account, and not the currency for the instrument. My account is in DKK, so when I for example close a 70 EUR P/L, it says 70 DKK It works, but it’s very basic and have too many flaws.

TD365 is an excellent broker with very good spreads. However, when it comes to the charts they have a lot to improve On the ios app, they do not have background app refresh, once you close the app and reopen, the price may be showing correctly but the candles are lost. One would need to close the app and reopen to see proper charts. The charts doesn’t show the positions. It will be a good option to show the positions on the charts so one can move stop loss or target’s easily or close positions with in the chart. Please try to correct the above issues

Is it that hard to make it compatible with landscape mode? 99% of other apps manage it and probably 100% of other brokers have it. Can we make this a priority please? Thanks

Please add landscape mode, it would making using this application on iPad so much easier - then I can amend to 5 stars.

The mobile phone app needs so much more work. It’s like it was made 2010. Please have a look at Trading212 or IG trading. Their apps are so smooth but like yours more because of the commissions. Looking forward to using it more in the future.
