После скачивания не спрашивает разрешения на подключение конфигурации, следовательно не может подключиться.

Купила год подписки на данный vpn, сначала неплохо работал, но в последнее время очень долго подключается, скорость загрузки сайтов низкая, если зайти в приложение при включенном vpn - он отключается (хотя кнопку «отключить» не нажимаю). Иногда и вовсе не подключается.
