Your app is really great to analyse how many people in customer's organisation we contact to. But I'd like to make a small note in order to show you some possible improvements. Cloze has all the opportunities to replace built-in telephone applications in any platform. My phone: iPhone 6 iOS 9.3.2. Cloze Pro of latest update Before I ask you for some improvements let me thank you for: Field "People working in this company" Domain mail selection To-dos, linking to people and companies Some bugs: App/Add company/Name If I write company's name and then enter any subsection (telephone number or domain) after returning back name field is empty App/People It would be great to add new vcards from my iCloud contacts automatically (in order not to overload servers Cloze can set up update frequency setting). The same is about contacts added from Cloze: added contacts should be able to use via built-in phone application. In that case you have all the chances to replace this app in smartphones of your users at all! It's all because my mobile operator isn't supported. App+browser ver./Add people/Work History If I write manually person's work history (it doesn't matter if he or she uses company's domain's mail or not), there's no link between a company and a person. If I add this person via company's profile, the record in Work history appears, but I can't edit this record (adding a position). Maybe an appropriate decision is a drop-down list and its suggestions while entering company in Work History section. App+browser ver./Add people/Work History It would be great to sort records automatically from newest to oldest. And the last one: it would be really great to make an offer with less opportunities but with lower price. The average app price in Russia is 200-400 rubles, not 1000. Lowering price will allow you to gain more users who adore functionality and cleverness of Cloze, but don't sell and spend so much money on helping IT solutions. Cloze is really great. I will certainly come back to Pro version in the future.
Нравится, как реализованы фильтры: люди отдельно, рассылки - отдельно. Не нравится цена. 12000/год для приложения даже лучшего - не моя цена. Хотя я с удовольствием подписана на Evernote и облачные сервисы.
Еще бы поддержку Русского языка!
No incluyo membresía puesto que no está en español y le falta una sección de mapas para ubicar a los clientes. Por lo demás es una aplicación genial
This app is a breakthrough. It relies on two key components 1) an AI algorithm that the user can twist to fit any special requirement. 2) a consistent IU throughout platforms. It is not only consistent, it is identical! Now I tell you what this “system” (app is way to simple term to call it) has done for me. I am an Executive Search Consultant. I need to be always on top of my communications with at least 50 people simultaneously by all channels. Cloze combines it gracefully and assembles a ultra useful agenda no matter what. It allow me to keep track all my interactions automatically without my imput (including phone calls). It also serves me to track and correct any GDPR related issue with my candidates. I have been chasing a CRM that works for me an not the other way around, I found it, it’s Cloze.
I have used many crm type systems over the years. Maximiser, goldmine, act, sugar crm, nimble crm. Cloze makes frequent actions far easier and bigger on the screen. Mixed with some background automation etc etc Great stuff.
Great idea. Low performance.
I have only been using this for a week. But so far it seems very impressive. It works seamlessly with Evernote and sends you a daily report which is handy. It has a very cool function that reminds you to contact people and it also delivers stats on how well you're communicating with you clients.
