I received an alert from the app saying that all my reward points will expiry after 31 December 2024. That means even the points that I earned in December will also expire by the end of December. How unsophisticated is this app?! Most other shopping mall apps in Hong Kong would have expiry dates in phases. That means each reward point you earn would have at least 12 months to expiry. It shouldn’t be all that difficult right? If other shopping mall apps can do it I don’t see why Lee Gardens can’t do it. Hysan Group should increase its IT spending. This is the era of technology and AI. This is how you can differentiate and excel. Don’t be so lagging behind!

In App Parking redemption is complicated and inefficient. We have to first upload photos of receipts, wait for the app to approve (which takes a couple of mins), tap parking icon to search for my car and insert my octopus number (who remembers their octopus number?? Esp when we use more than 1 octopus card), that takes up quite some time. Then we can finally redeem. If we can redeem at the counter, it can be done within seconds. The whole in App redemption procedure takes us 5-10mins especially during peak time, uploading receipts can take quite a while (sometimes the AI cannot recognize the receipts and we have to redo again). How frustrating. Please simplify the procedure or resume redemption at counter.

Quite simply one of the most poorly designed apps in HK. The UX designer should be fired.

Also unable to earn points as the App crashes every time click the Earn point button with iPhone.

App keeps crashing when I touch the “earn” button - blackout for 1 second then app shutdown. Pls fix

Parking redemption not working

Other buttons are fine but only the “earn points” button doesn’t work… so what does this mean?
