Bad program. Unable to register due to no OTP sent.

Already register more than a year. Everyday purchase at IOI, now cannot collect point already since new apps not allowed me to login. Very frustated

All the points are gone now that we can’t log in? It’s so annoying because when we try to sign up they will tell that the number/email is registered but when we try to use the same number/email it’s invalid. FIX IT ALREADY???

after new update, unable login. unable Request forgot password. do sign up phone number already register.. never test and publish.

After the update the app cant even work with My login. When try to register it says number already used

When open logon and reset passwords no received any reset password totally can’t use it

New updates broke the app. Was working fine before. Why change something that wasn’t broken in the first place lol

Been an user for this app for years but suddenly unable to log in with existing username and password after updating to version 2. When I tried to register, it will show the email or mobile is already registered. Then when I keyed in my email or mobile number to reset password, it will pop out saying there is no such registered email or password. Hello??? What is happening???

Already try reset password but also not working. Appear wrong password (even during reset password)
