Club IR

I’ve had the old club individual app for years but visiting the restaurant I was told I’d have to download the new club IR app. Tried registering but always says registering unsuccessful , I’ve tried resetting password which still doesn’t work and tried re registering in wife’s name it still says registering unsuccessful account already exists.restaurant employee also tried but still not working. Old one worked fine and even directs me to new app but can’t log in.

I’ve just received an email saying I’m in Diamond level & inviting me to download the new, updates app. I was a previous clubIR holder for several years. However, when asked to input my email address, it did not recognise it (despite the fact that they emailed me on this address & it was my email address for the previous incarnation of the clubIR card. I’m baffled & a little cross. What do I need to do, as have emailed them but have had no reply yet?
