Take the music off!
The music loops continuously. You literally have to turn your volume all the way down, it even plays over music and on silent! (iOS) I gave up and went to PLT. Very annoying!

the same 10 seconds of music plays on a loop repeatedly and is impossible to mute even with your phone on silent or playing your own music over it 🫠

Ordered the perfect jump suit. Fit is lovely, style so unique. The wow factor! Had to order one of their dresses. Well done Club L team !
Annoying music
Great app but I have to knock off a star for the music that plays on opening the app. I wouldn’t mind if it was just for a second but it plays on loop and I don’t know how to make it stop without muting my phone - SO ANNOYING!
Can’t focus on the app due to music
As the title says, the loud unmuteable techno music on repeat is absolutely not what I come to the app for… I just want to buy a dress…

I ordered a dress for a wedding and they never came and when we emailed no one came back to us so £100 that i’m never getting back, I would give 0 starts if possible.
