Logging in for the first time was a challenge. Not everyone who goes is “tech savvy”. Make it more user friendly or give instructions on how to log on the first time.

Scheduling for new membership and unable to reset password

Unable to use app to schedule any classes … my information is not updated … still waiting for someone to assist me

Loved my intro so excited to join but every class is waitlisted so can’t be consistent as have no way to plan when you might could attend like every class from AM to PM for weeks out all waitlisted

This review is for the app and not my experience at the studio itself. Overall, I like that there’s an app that I can use to book classes. However, as an unlimited member, it’s not the best experience. Here are my biggest issues: 1. Filters: please add the ability to filter by level, and if the class is full. I don’t need to see level 2 classes if I’m in level 1. P 2. View and sort multiple locations: it took me weeks to realize how to view multiple locations. It’s not obvious and it’s not clear which locations are included in my unlimited membership vs which ones I would have to pay for. Please also add the ability to sort by location. 3. PLEASE change the swipe motion for booking a class. Everytime I am trying to look at future classes, I have to eventually swipe and certain days disappear out of view which is super frustrating and requires me to close out of the app. Please just make it a calendar view like the “schedule” tab 4. Disclose that you only get to book so many classes in advance: I was never told that I could only book so many classes in advance - just that I got the 60 day window. So it was to my surprise when the app blocked me from booking any more classes. This should be disclosed to members at the time of signing up for their membership “book up to X classes at a time, 60 days out”

I have tried and trouble-shot this app so many times. The number of times it doesn’t sync and gives me error messages for sign-in is beyond count. I can easily sign in online, but the app won’t sync, which makes it very hard for me to schedule and monitor cancellations and wait list sign ups so that I don’t get charged fees by CP.

Just did my first class. It was a 30 minute intro for first timers. I didn’t think I’d be able to do Pilates because it looks so intimidating. But I loved it so much I had to get the membership. Highly recommend. & the app is so easy to use & book classes with.

I want to express how excited I am to join Club Pilates Brentwood . The instructors , and reformer classes have been Instrumental in mussel firming, inch reach too , feeling more energized ! Thank you . I’ve been coming for a month and truly feel the difference and look forward to coming 5 x a week . Maggie

I have not been allowed to place a freeze on my account per policy since I am having surgery on my right shoulder . I have been charge for 3 months as of today. Even after submitting my request I have was berated with payment emails for months. Club Pilates has caused me a tremendous amount of grief and stress during this already stressful situation. I have been charge a full 3 month subscription after being charged the full 3 months. I submitted a freeze/ cancelation request since I am to have surgery on one of my shoulders. This was a noted ongoing issue from starting the classes. I submitted written letter from the providers office on 5/28/24. The same day I submitted the free request online. I have been constantly harassed and berated with payment emails. I also work 2 night jobs so coming into the office hasn’t been possible in order to address this matter. Nonetheless I have followed proper policy and procedure as noted in the contract. I have been charged for 3 months as of today 6/28/24. I need a full refund for all 3 classes since I will not be able to attend which I have already expressed. Frankly this deduction from my account has affected me having surgery. $306 is a significant amount of a nearly $700 copay for surgery. Please have someone contact me regarding this issue

I can’t log in from my phone to my account. It works from safari, it works from my tablet but not from my phone from my account, I can log in as a guest or I can create an account with my same email (that is already registered because I can access from safari and my iPad) but it doesn’t show that I’m already subscribed. I hope somebody can help me. Ps. I already deleted 3 times the app and reinstall and still nothing. HELP!
