Terrible experience
Have tried many time to activate the SIM card but the app keeps looping back to the same page after trying many times and can’t complet the registration. Customer service is terrible. When I report the issue via WhatsApp (seems the only CS channel), that CS just keeps asking me to try without much help.

You won’t be able to reach anyone, no matter the hotline or WhatsApp. No one will ever pick up your call or answer your message.
