We did the Alice in Wonderland event last year, and the app was a little iffy but overall, didn’t affect the outcome of the experience. A couple of weekends ago, we were meant to do the Wizarding event, the event originally showed in my list and then went. Never did get to play. Never got a response from the company. Overall a very disappointing experience which will stop me from doing any future events.

My husband purchased the pass for us to play today’s event (May 25, 2024) last year as a gift for me and has been something we were both looking forward to all year. We never received our access code or information the week in advance and have spent the last 2 days trying to reach the company so that we could play. There has been no responses via email or Facebook. We had previously played 3 other times and had a blast. It is extremely shameful that their customer service has become so terrible. And that we (and several other friends who had also purchased to play today) have been ignored. Will never purchase again.

Falsely advertised as an “Escape room experience”. There was no actual interaction with the surroundings. All clues were on the app itself. I wasn’t the one who paid for the game and considered Paying the person who did so I could just give up and go home. It was really boring and two hours was more than I cared to spend on it, but the game wasn’t even close to finished by then. We just gave up playing and unlocked the levels to find out who the murderer was. Would definitely not do this again.

Wonderful family outing. Such fun. Kyle C proved to be an outstanding leader, guiding us through all the evidence, keeping us on track. Highly recommend for group activity.

There were some issues using the app, such as not being able to unlock characters because our location wasn’t registering properly, and we were unable to unlock the final challenge because of technical issues as well. Other than that, the game was ok I guess. I wouldn’t do it again with an adults only team, it would be better to play with kids.

What a creative way of playing a game! As suggestions: will it be possible to remove some of the characters as it was getting very long. In addition, the intro of the characters could be only on the same page as the questions. Thank you for a nice afternoon!

Game was very interactive with clues. Age appropriate however the 7 year old was bored when she realized Beauty was not showing up. Nine year old was into game as she could read clues. After 2 hours we realized we were less than halfway through and quickly called it a day. I realize a time is hard to give when advertising due to all variables involved however it would have been nice to have some kind of expectation.
