The message “An error occurred” keeps on showing up every time I try to sign in.

Everyone should be aware that that the customer service in store and delivery is beyond awesome. Quite often I am unable to leave the house and I am only a phone call away from receiving wonderful service. Way to go Matt, Terry and all the staff, I really appreciate your patience and help.

Top marks for service. Prices are pretty high on groceries.

The only regret I have about joining my Co-op is that I didn’t do it years earlier. I love that the dollars I spend stay local AND do such good in the Community. Every time I grab groceries or gas I share a smile, a laugh, a story or all 3 with the People I meet.

Just incredible staff from the food,hardware store and the gas station!!! Amazing people that just care about their customers, we will always shop locally. Thank you so much for keeping the gas attendants to help my Mother as she doesn’t know how to pump gas. Thank you again

The app is easy to navigate and easy to use. The retail stores are nice, clean, well laid out. The personal are pleasant and easy to approach. Nice to visit.

You must have a bug in your system because every once in awhile if I want to check out the Rural Roots flyer I have to go to another coop site! Like the app otherwise!!

Creating an account enforces a MAX password length of 16 characters. This is sketchy! Passwords should be hashed to a fixed length before storing in any database, and there is no other technical reason to enforce a maximum password length. If someone is doing one dumb IT thing, they are usually doing a few dumb IT things. Do not trust this app or this company with any private information.
