Please contract someone that can actually develop you an app that works.

I had the dumb credential issue, had to change my password to no more than 8 characters. Once in the app there isn’t really anything there beyond your Account Info and roadside assistance number.

I can’t speak to the other issues but we have had zero issues with the app. I will say, early on when I created my account we had a space in the username. Coach-Net did not flag this during account creation, the system simply removed the space. Once we figured that out it’s been smooth sailing.

My log in for website doesn’t work for app and support was no help. It’s been almost a year and no resolution.

Had the credentials issue with the app & had very poor effort by Coach-Net support. I figured out a fix - make your password a shorter length. I was using a complex 16+ character password that worked fine on my laptop but not the phone app. Switched up to an 8 character one & it worked. It may take longer but at least we know whet the “ credentials issue” is about.

Same issue as other users. When trying to set up my account. I get the message “there was an error”. Cannot use app.

They need to fix this app. It will not accept valid credentials that work on their website.

App just does not respond. I am able to log in, but other than that does not accept any data such as vehicle info, people info, preferences, etc. Paid 250$ for the RV program, but now worried how they will respond to roadside assistance calls if there is not reference info in my account. Web link does not work either.

This rating is just for the app. I got the same thing that one of the other reviewers stated in that the credentials aren’t accepted in the app or even on the website. I did the same thing and changed my password multiple times but it didn’t matter. However, I do seem to be able to log in when I go through 1Password. The app aside, CoachNet is a great service & have used their technical support several times (during the day & late at night) and it is fantastic. Please fix the app so it’s a functional resource!

The app doesn’t allow me to log in with my credentials. Yea, my username and password are correct because I can login on a desktop browser.
