I paid $25 for a ticket to ride a bus that still hasn’t arrived thirty minutes out, despite the schedule posted on the website. The bus came 45 minutes later and was so backed up that it was full as it went to other terminals. It would ultimately be an hour after I first started waiting that we got on the road. Hopefully they make adjustments because I would have likely fared better using a more seasoned transportation service. Thankfully I eventually made it to my destination, but not without unnecessary delays. Proceed with caution.

The app is so slow, is so inefficient with its ticket buying system, and just is a hassle.

App needs to integrate with Apple Pay or busses need to accept card.

I took a trip to Rockland County for the first time by public transit. On the way there the bus broke down. The check engine light was on the whole time from departure. On the way back the bus didn’t show up at all. Customer service proceeded to gaslight me. Need to jump through hoops for a refund. Never ever again. Zero stars.

This app has one purpose. To buy bus tickets. The developers are not splitting the atom here. However, like other reviewers, I can’t buy a ticket and am met with “whoops, encountered an unexpected problem” every time I try to check out. Terrible user-facing error message aside—this is your WHOLE raison d’etre!!! Why can I not exchange currency for goods and services on your terrible app? The rest of the free world has figured this out and a high schooler could make a better site than this. 🗑️🔥

Rewriting your app dolbaebi blat

The have been a number of advancements over the last decade to make in-app purchasing easy and frictionless. Coach has implemented none of them. Buying tickets works, but barely.

I bought a ticket online and showed up on time, but the bus didn’t come. I waited for the next one but that also didn’t come. Is this bus even exist? I took a train instead and requested a refund, but their answer was like ‘we don’t have a refund policy’. This is a scam, stay away!

Does not make repeat buying easy

This is not the company you should use is you want to be on time. They don’t even provide seats at the station for the people! And the waiting time is 2 hours!! They only set one bus for more than 100 passengers…. Also the tickets so overpriced! Awful company -0
