Amazing app, but missing some features
I love everything about this app, it motivates you, it shows you your strength compared to others your age or similar age, it tracks protein, calories, carbs, fat, etc, but I feel like it is missing some features. I think it could use a water intake tracker, just like the app Water Reminder, I also think it should have an ability to scan the barcodes of different food items to add to what you have eaten today, just like some other calorie tracker apps have, I also think it has a lack of exercises and variations of different exercises, and it should have an ability to add the distance you have walked when adding cardio, instead of just saying the speed which you walked at and the time it took. But other than that it is an amazing app, and the AI trainer is very helpful.
Clunky & not adaptable
If you miss a day for whatever reason you can’t then go back to that day. Or sometimes you can and sometimes you can’t.
It doesn’t allow you to substitute an exercise of your choice if the gym is busy or the machine you want isn’t available, instead it suggests random exercises that don’t the same muscle groups.
Doesn’t track volume from one leg session to another. You have to go to reports then guess what day leg day was by the total volume for that day.
Waste of money if you know what you’re doing in the gym and just wanted a tracker to track reps weight and volume.
Would like a refund.

Yes I am enjoying this appt. But can I ask that you please give us more freedom to adjust the weights. Most cable stack equipment don’t go up in 5kg movements. Having to add the closest weight does my head in haha.

The programming is excellent and makes my training sessions so easy.
The app is easy to use, with so much flexibility to change your workouts to suit how you feel on the day.

Overall seems good so far, only thing I would like to see different is being able to integrate data from other apps, Apple health, MFP etc, also when logging custom food via macros the calorie count does not automatically adjust so you have to calculate it yourself otherwise your daily calories will not drop after logging the meal, but so far solid app.

This app is so helpful and the real people that help you stay on track are amazing and helpful. My man EGE is a weapon and is keeping me on track and friendly and informative.
