Horrible
The customer experience of this app is so poor that I struggle to understand the need of a mobile app. Just save your money and invest on a proper website. I get my monthly bill from the nursery at the beginning of the month and I find absurd that I cannot pay for it on the same month, instead I have to wait a whole month before it’s even processed. And when you enter the data it won’t even let you know when it will be paid, it’s all just a big mystery. The card gets rejected at restaurants for unknown reasons. Luckily there is a button to report it but it’s so much labour I’ve given up. It could benefit of a dashboard to understand the expenditures and savings of each month. Also, the salary expectation based on the totals. But the worst part is that there’s no way of contacting anyone. Only an email form that gets answered a 3-4 days later if lucky. By then the chances of rectifying the problem are pretty slim. Please fix it and I’ll fix this review.
