SMS and email verification. SMS verification doesn’t work. Horrible UX.

Coffee should be quick and accessible. This app is the exact opposite of that. There is no need for them to have my phone number and email, as well as confirm it. Likely deleting asap.

App never sends the pin to verify the phone number (US number) was not able to register or make any purchase

The app requires SMS pin verification to complete registration, but never sent it (to US based number). Because of that the app was useless, uninstalled immediately.

As of Nov 2nd still doesn’t work. SMS is still the issue. Seems the developers aren’t interested in the longevity of the product.

Sitting in an airport trying to create a new account. The app is forcing me to verify my phone number and email to create the account, I was able to verify my email but have not received an SMS after multiple attempts. Just trying to use an airport vending machine…what is wrong with you people?

I setup my account. It asked to verify email and phone number. Email worked fined but it will not send an SMS to my phone. My phone number is correct. And it cannot be used unless it has this done. USELESS!!

I was able to set up an account and received an e-mail verification. However, the app then tells you that a PIN was sent via an SMS text provided during registration. I never receive the PIN despite requesting a new one numerous times! I suspect the problem may be a US phone number although I did have the “+1” included.

This app is total trash. The poor vending companies that are using this are just losing out on money. It’s a nightmare to set up and once you finally get it set up it only works 5% of the time.
