Cog ADHD

Doesn’t open any more. Just sits on loading screen. Not helpful for anyone with ADHD, since it hasn’t loaded for days, so we’ll just give up on it because it’s clearly not working. Update: finally started working again, but it’s gone to a subscription. Deleted.

Whilst not with an official diagnosis but screening points to ADHD. I find this app really helps me, I love journallijg anyway and it's simple to use. And especially awesome unlike so many other apps its free and therefore perhaps putting the needs of others before the needs of their wallet. 😊

I like using COG to reflect on how my day has been. It’s helped me to clear my head a bit before sleeping. But, I wish I could view my history, especially to track my mood. The insights are not specific, and after using the app for a while the insights, articles and stories are very repetitive. Also, it would be good if in the activities/ events bit there were some school, studies, homework options as well as work. Overall it’s a nice app to use, but quite repetitive and would be a lot better if there was a history tab.

I like the app however there needs to be some changes - I want to be able to see my previous days - currently unsure what the point of logging my days are other than self awareness…. Doesn’t seem to give me really any insights specific to me - my self help page is stuck on module 1 - I keep finding myself coming to bed after midnight and then unable to submit the previous days log which is annoying so please make a feature
